I've been SO into mini albums

in the last year (wonder why?) that I haven't scrapped many "traditional" layouts. So, I suppose that it's a good thing that I'm a guest designer for Homegrown Scrapbooks this Fall. I've really enjoyed working with the kit, and it's been refreshing to scrap a few layouts... I have to say it's quicker than altering a mini album.
Anyway, don't think for one minute that I'm giving up mini albums, because it just isn't happening. I LOVE me some Maya Road and it's an addiction I'll take to my grave! I just can't get enough of it. In fact, while I've been scrapping layouts, I've been frantically working on my Maya Road projects for CHA-W. Can't tell you anything about the new stuff, but I CAN tell you that in about an hour a project I've been working on is going up on the Maya Road Design Team Blog.

Yep! Caroline emailed me this morning and asked me if she could use it on the blog. Of course I said, "yes"... and then told her that I'd put it up there myself and save her the trouble. Works for me! Shoot, starting in January, our design team is taking charge of the design team blog. It's going to be so much fun... so, I thought I might as well get used to it.
Time to stop rambling and get down to the reason I'm posting tonight. I completed another layout I'd love to share with you. It's without journaling (as is everything right now). I have to be in the mood to journal, and lately I've just been in a creating mood. The journaling will get finished, probably all in one day. The day I'm in the mood!
Here's another layout of Mo...

I took the picture out in our front yard in all the fallen leaves. I was messing with the picture and really adore the way it looks in black and white and so I scrapped it that way (even though you can't see the fall color). I like the way it turned out!

Now, off to work on something about Taylor before I'm in the doghouse. I'm sure you know what I mean!
