because I can sit in bed under warm blankets and post on my blog. Fun, huh? Well, not really. Pictures of all my projects are saved on my desktop so I can't post anything new. Oh well.
I was going through old pictures tonight (trying to find something to scrap that's just a little bit different). I'm working on CHA-W album samples and I want to use pictures of the girls when they were younger. The pictures aren't as good because I had a crappy camera (sometimes I even used a disposable camera - LOL), but nonetheless I want to scrap OLD pictures.
What I found as I was looking through mountainous boxes of crappy pictures were pictures of me. As I started pulling pictures of me over the past 15-20 years, I was surprised (kind of) at what I found. I am much prettier now than I was 10 years ago. MUCH! I'm better looking now than I was 7 years ago. WOW! It's amazing what happens to a person when they are happy. I'm truly HAPPY! Oh, we have issues here and there.... money is tight and things aren't perfect, but I'm happy. I have more wrinkles than I did 15 years ago, but I'm stronger and more physically fit. Did I mention that I'm happy?
So, I pulled those old pictures and I'm going to scrapbook them. Something to do with "turning 45" and not feeling so old... Who knows. Whatever it is, it'll be on the shelves at CHA. Look for it. You won't believe how I've changed. I sure didn't.
So, I went to the gym today... as is my usual routine. I'll go to the gym tomorrow morning too. Only tomorrow morning (after looking at old pictures), I'll be going into the gym with a new swagger. I'm thinking I'll strut into the gym knowing that I'm aging pretty well.

I have those same boxes....and I think as we get older we appreciate our looks more!!! Congrats on hitting the gym!!
