nearly a whole week, my family rebelled. They told me if I spent the evening blogging, they would have to shoot me LOL... they wouldn't really shoot me, but they made it very clear that I'd better spend some time with them before I get back to scrapping stuff. So, I took the night off.
I will pop back in this weekend to give you an update about CHA...
for right now, I'll just post a picture. It's not a great picture, but it's all I have. The album in the bottom, right hand corner is (was) my album... it was "lifted" off the shelf during CHA and it's gone. Sad, isn't it? Yeah, I'm heartbroken...

I'd worked long and hard on it. The album wasn't finished. It lacked journaling and pictures. I was making it for my husband and we didn't have time to get new pictures of us taken before I went, but the album was so pretty that I took it to CHA anyway. It really didn't occur to me that someone would steal it. Bummer. I learned a lesson though... if your album doesn't have pictures, it's more likely to walk off because it's so easy for someone else to add their own pictures.
So, if you see this album around, please let me know. I'd LOVE to have it back (and so would my sweet husband). I'm trying to be nice about it... he's not. Poor thing, he's really upset.

Aubrey, I am so sorry to hear about this!! I don't understand how anyone could do this! We all the know the time and effort that is takes to create something like this and it is just a shame!! I am so sorry. I hope it will be returned to you! Shelley
I think I read your post last year about that. I had prayed you'd get it back. I lost a $1000 engagment ring 27 yrs ago in a lake while fishing. I still ask God for that back, even though we don't live in that state any longer.
Somehow lost your blog address last year. Haven't seen it forever. Enjoying it.
Even with pictures books get stolen, my son has had many books taken that were chock full of journaling and pictures.Oh,and even tied to the table art has walked off. I know the work that goes into these beauties, so I really am sorry.
